Bagels made with milk and yeast

Everyone will love these delicious homemade bagels! At least make it for breakfast! Prepare these bagels not only for breakfast, but also for lunch, dinner, holidays, for work, on the road and at school. They are useful as a snack everywhere. And in nature, with tea from a thermos or boiling water only from a fire, they have no equal. By the way, my mother also baked bagels using this recipe.

Tasty! There is a simpler recipe. Baking puff pastry bagels with jam is very simple and quick.

I always look at photos with bagels; they seem very cute and appetizing to me! Today I prepared them for tea using the recipe for bagels with milk and yeast. For this I took 125 g of milk and dry yeast, replacing live yeast with them. One teaspoon of yeast was enough for this amount of milk. I also added a little sugar, using less than in the recipe, since I like unsweetened dough. When the yeast started working and a cap formed on the surface of the milk, I added oil (I took vegetable oil instead of butter), egg and salt. I mixed everything and began to gradually introduce flour. I let the dough rise in a warm oven for 2 hours. It came out soft and pliable. Forming the bagels was not difficult at all; the recipe describes all the steps very clearly and includes photos. Each bagel was filled with raspberry jam and sprinkled with sugar on top. It turned out great! The bagels came out rich, soft and fluffy. Increased in the oven by about 2.5 times. The crumb of the bagels is very tender, and combined with the filling, it’s delicious! Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe!

Everything is just super!!! If it weren't for the little cook, of course, it wouldn't have worked out so well.
