STEP 1

Measure out ingredients and melt butter (or margarine).
STEP 2

Leave the milk with the yeast for 10-20 minutes for the yeast to start working.

Add butter to milk.
STEP 5

Mix the liquid ingredients well.
STEP 6

Add eggs to the saucepan.
STEP 7

Mix well too.
STEP 8

Knead soft dough.

Wrap the dough in film and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. You can knead in the morning and bake in the evening.

Divide the dough in half and roll into circles.

Put the filling (or jam, or chocolate with nuts) and roll the bagels. Transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
