STEP 1

How to bake pike perch in the oven with potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can take the fish as a whole carcass and cut it yourself, or you can just take boneless fish fillet. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt.
STEP 2

If the fish is frozen, remove it from the freezer in advance and leave it at room temperature to defrost. Then blot off any excess moisture and cut the fish into small pieces.

Pour water over the potatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes until half cooked.
STEP 4

Cut the potatoes into slices, 1.5-2 cm thick.

To bake, take any heat-resistant form and grease it with vegetable oil. I take a ceramic mold. Alternating pieces of fish and potatoes, place everything in baking dishes. Sprinkle with salt and spices.

Peel and chop the onion. Place chopped onions over the surface of the fish and potatoes.

Mix mayonnaise with mustard and water. Water the entire contents. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-35 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide.

Then remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes. During this time, the cheese on the surface will melt.
STEP 9
