You can buy minced meat ready-made or make it yourself. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-9 minutes in advance. Then cool them in cold water.

    Peel the onion and garlic and chop them together with 1-2 slices of loaf. The loaf is necessary in order to absorb some of the moisture from the minced meat.

    Add chopped loaf with onion and garlic to the minced chicken. Then crack one egg. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix all the ingredients and beat the entire meat mass on the bottom of the bowl to make it denser.

    Prepare the batter. To do this, combine milk, eggs, flour and salt. Stir.

    Check the consistency of the batter based on the amount of flour. If you want to get a thick batter, then more flour will be needed; if it is liquid, then less. My batter is a bit runny.

    To prepare the filling, peel the eggs and grate them with the cheese. Add soft butter and salt.

We wanted homemade cutlets. I liked this recipe and I decided to make poultry cutlets according to this recipe. I took store-bought minced chicken. Combined with chopped onion and loaf, garlic, egg. From the spices I added salt and ground coriander. Separately, I mixed grated cheese, boiled eggs and soft butter for the filling. I did not put greens in the filling for my own reasons. With wet hands, she formed the cakes, put the filling and sculpted the cutlets. Then dipped in batter and fried in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cooked over low heat with the lid on. The cutlets turned out amazing. They are incredibly tasty, very soft and tender, they just melt in your mouth. The filling complemented the chicken cutlets perfectly. Both adults and children enjoyed eating these cutlets. Well, it's very tasty. Served with mashed potatoes for dinner. In principle, any side dish will go with them. The recipe is wonderful! I will make these stuffed cutlets again and recommend them to everyone. Many thanks to the author!

I would use turkey and only turkey for such wonderful cutlets. As a filling for such dishes, I like to use mushrooms and cheese fried with onions. If you put butter, it’s better not soft, but put a piece of butter from the refrigerator into each cutlet for the filling; during the frying process it will melt and it will be delicious.
