STEP 1

How to make poultry cutlets? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I will prepare cutlets from minced chicken. But you can also use minced meat of any other bird, for example, turkey. You can buy minced meat ready-made or make it yourself. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-9 minutes in advance. Then cool them in cold water.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and garlic and chop them together with 1-2 slices of loaf. The loaf is necessary in order to absorb some of the moisture from the minced meat.
STEP 3

Add chopped loaf with onion and garlic to the minced chicken. Then crack one egg. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix all the ingredients and beat the entire meat mass on the bottom of the bowl to make it denser.
STEP 4

Prepare the batter. To do this, combine milk, eggs, flour and salt. Stir.
STEP 5

Check the consistency of the batter based on the amount of flour. If you want to get a thick batter, then more flour will be needed; if it is liquid, then less. My batter is a bit runny.
STEP 6

To prepare the filling, peel the eggs and grate them with the cheese. Add soft butter and salt.
STEP 7

Stir chopped herbs into the filling.
STEP 8

Form small cakes from the meat mass and place a little filling in the center. Then close the cutlet, dip it in the batter and place it in a hot frying pan.
STEP 9

Fry the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side, adding a small amount of vegetable oil.
STEP 10

The finished cutlets will turn golden brown. Do not make the fire too high so that the cutlets have time to fry inside.
STEP 11

Remove chicken cutlets from the pan onto a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve the cutlets hot with any side dish. Bon appetit!
