Pigtail pie made from puff pastry with mushrooms, cheese and ham
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Finely chop the ham, cut the mushrooms into slices, cut the bell pepper into cubes. Fry the mushrooms until half cooked in butter, add the ham and sweet pepper, fry for 5 minutes. Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, add grated cheese on a fine grater, add herbs, mix. Pour this mixture over the mushrooms and ham, fry, stirring for about 2 minutes. Cut the dough into 3 rectangles.
STEP 2
Roll out thinly. Place the filling along the dough layer in the middle. Cut the edges of the dough on the sides in the form of ribbons (the same amount on each side).
STEP 3
Intertwine so that they cover the filling.
STEP 4
Transfer the products to a floured baking sheet (using a spatula), brush with beaten yolks, and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take it out, cut it and enjoy.
