Pie with rice, beans and fish
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Thaw the puff pastry in advance. Boil the rice. Cooking time is 30 minutes (I have rice in bags, cooking time may vary depending on the type of rice, see instructions on the package).
STEP 2
While the rice is cooking, boil the beans in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
STEP 3
Fry the onion in a frying pan, add the beans, cook for another 5 minutes, transfer to a bowl and cool.
STEP 4
Mash the fish with a fork, remove the bones. Finely chop the greens and beat the eggs. Add boiled rice, fish, and greens to the beans. Mix everything, pepper to taste. Pour in the eggs and combine everything.
STEP 5
Cut the dough into 2 parts (one slightly larger than the other). Roll out a large one and place on a baking sheet. Distribute the filling evenly. Cover with a second layer of dough, pinch the edges and brush with yolk (or just water). Turn on the oven to preheat in advance (10-20 minutes). Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
STEP 6
Finita! Bon appetit!
