Delicious and homely cozy pie. Let's help ourselves! A very easy pie to make. It turns out tasty and tender. Mushrooms and broccoli add richness to the pie. If you wish, you can add a little meat to the broccoli and mushroom filling, it will be a more satisfying option - the male half will definitely like it :)

    Separate the broccoli into florets and boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Place on a sieve and let cool.

    Chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in vegetable oil until the mushrooms are ready.

    While the broccoli and mushrooms are cooling, let's make the dough.

    Add eggs and salt to kefir. Mix.

    Add flour, knead into a smooth, homogeneous dough. Add soda (I don’t extinguish it first, but the choice is yours). Mix.

    If desired, add some fresh herbs.

    Place part of the dough (about half) on the bottom of the mold. Place mushrooms and onions on the dough.

Simply a masterpiece!!!! I think this pie will be an excellent addition to any chic table on any holiday. I really love these pies. I think that broccoli can be replaced with cauliflower, this is in case someone doesn’t like broccoli, or if not champignons, then you can add porcini mushrooms. When ready, everything is very simple, the filling is tasty and unusual, and it took me about an hour to do everything. I cooked it for my own, so the homemade ones crushed it in an instant, in general, one pie was not enough.

I made your pie today, but without mushrooms, and instead put boiled chicken breast. It turned out very tasty! When there are mushrooms, I’ll definitely repeat it! I’ve made this dough before, but with other fillings, and with broccoli it’s very elegant!
