Pancakes stuffed with bacon and mushrooms
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare the dough, pour 200 g. flour in a bowl, add 400 gr. milk, break two eggs, add sugar and salt to taste.
STEP 2
Add a little vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
STEP 3
Finely chop the champignons and place them in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, remembering to stir occasionally.
STEP 4
Bring vegetable oil to a boil in a saucepan and add chopped onion.
STEP 5
Stir with a spatula and make sure that the onion is covered with a golden brown crust in the boiling oil.
STEP 6
Place the onions on a kitchen towel.
STEP 7
Add the onion to the pan with the crushed potatoes.
STEP 8
Fry the mushrooms, stirring with a spatula, then put them in a pan with potatoes.
STEP 9
Finely chop the bacon and place it in a saucepan.
STEP 10
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
STEP 11
Heat the pan and bake the pancakes over medium heat, put the filling on the finished pancakes and wrap them in a roll.
STEP 12
Place the filled pancakes on a plate and serve.
