Okroshka with beets on kefir

Refreshing, summer soup. A real salvation on a hot day! On a hot summer day, I think everyone wouldn’t mind enjoying a cold soup - okroshka. There are a great many culinary recipes for this food. I have already tried to cook many of them. But the most exotic and interesting, in my opinion, is okroshka with beets, which belongs to Latvian cuisine. I will share with you the recipe for its preparation.

Okroshka is delicious, but I didn’t particularly understand the mustard in it)) But, despite the fact that I didn’t feel the taste of mustard, I don’t forget that mustard perfectly speeds up the metabolism) So we eat this okroshka and lose weight)

Mmmmm, original) What kind of okroshka I cooked this summer - with kvass and kefir and broth... I didn’t change the ingredients. But I should try it) Beetroot instead of radish is interesting. It’s just a pity that it’s already too cold for okroshka... but I’d like to extend the summer a little) So this weekend they’ll be making this - with beets!!! thanks for the original idea) bon appetit everyone!

It looks very nice, just like beetroot soup, only instead of kvass there is kefir, but it’s original! I like this combination, I’ll just replace the sausage with boiled meat, and the mustard should give it some spiciness, which won’t hurt! I’ll definitely cook it with kefir, because I love it)))
