Ruby Johnson

Since early childhood, the kitchen has been my magical place, where smells, sounds and families merge into a single symphony. I remember my grandmother making pies and my mother teaching me how to cut vegetables. These moments created my love for cooking. I find inspiration in the diversity of cuisines around the world, opening up new horizons with each new recipe. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and it's not difficult! Through simple and accessible recipes, I hope to inspire others to create comfort and harmony in their homes through delicious food.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Innovation and Food Technology at Niagara College.
