Add sifted flour to the mixture of whites and yolks, stir the dough with gentle movements.

Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Turn on the multicooker for 1 hour in the "Baking" mode. The cakes can also be baked in the oven - in this case, grease the pan, pour the dough into it and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Let the finished cake cool.
STEP 10
Beat sour cream and sugar.
STEP 11
Cut out the head of the cockerel, cut the cakes lengthwise into three parts. On a wide dish, form the silhouette of a rooster.
STEP 12
Spread sour cream on both sides of the cakes and generously cover the outside of the cake.
STEP 13
Use colored shavings to mark the wing, tail, and eye of the cockerel.
STEP 14
Using pomegranate seeds, line the beak and scallop. The cake for the Year of the Rooster is ready! Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
