Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Chop the mushrooms randomly, the onion into medium cubes, and the garlic into slices. First fry the garlic and onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and fry for 7-8 minutes, until the mushroom liquid has boiled away. Add the mushroom cube, salt and pepper and let the filling cool. Do not add too much salt; remember that hard cheeses are usually salty and will add saltiness to the dish.
STEP 2
Lightly roll out the puff pastry and place it in the mold, making sure to make sides, approximately 4cm high.
STEP 3
Place the filling on the dough.
STEP 4
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 5
Mix eggs, sour cream and cheese. Lightly pepper and salt. Just a little salt, be careful! Don't oversalt.
STEP 6
Pour the sour cream cheese sauce over the mushroom filling.
STEP 7
Bake the pie at 200 degrees, about 40-50 minutes. Let the pie cool. Slice and serve.
