Moldavian placintas with cottage cheese and onions in a frying pan

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

For the filling: Mix cottage cheese, finely chopped onion, dill, eggs, salt.
STEP 2

Grind the yeast with 2 tsp. Sahara.
STEP 3

Leave the yeast and sugar for 15 minutes.
STEP 4

Add sugar with yeast, salt, flour to the water.
STEP 5

Add flour little by little and knead the dough.
STEP 6

Add a couple of tbsp. vegetable oil.
STEP 7

The dough should be elastic, neither hard nor soft. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
STEP 8

Divide the dough into 6 or 7 parts.
STEP 9

Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
STEP 10

Roll out the dough ball a little.
STEP 11

Place the filling in the middle. A couple of tbsp.
STEP 12

Connect the edges of the placinda together and mold it towards the middle. Leave for 5 minutes.
STEP 13

Roll out the filling with the filling carefully. If a little filling comes out from the edges or holes appear, it's okay. The main thing is that the cottage cheese is not wet (with liquid). The cottage cheese should be dry.
STEP 14

Fry the placintas over medium heat until golden brown.
