Taylor Martinez

Since childhood, the kitchen has been something magical for me - small bottles of seasonings and cookbooks seemed to open doors to unknown worlds. My mother and grandmother taught me to love cooking, and family dinners brought us together at the same table, filling the house with warmth and joy. I draw inspiration from different parts of the world: from Italian pastes to oriental spices. My goal is to make cooking accessible and understandable to everyone. Every meal is an opportunity to create something special, bring people together and share love through food.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Innovation at Dublin Institute of Technology.
