Shortbread bagels with marmalade and sour cream

STEP 1

In order to bake bagels, you need to take the minimum available products: butter, sour cream, flour, soda, any vinegar (or baking powder) and marmalades for filling.
STEP 2

Cut the butter into cubes and add sour cream.
STEP 3

You will get a soft elastic dough. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 5

Then roll out the dough into a layer 0.4-0.5 cm thick, cut into acute triangles. Place the marmalade on the wide edge and roll it into a tube, forming bagels.
STEP 6
