I wrapped the dough ball in a bag and refrigerated it for half an hour. For the filling, I took pitted cherries and combined them with sugar and starch. I cooked a thick filling and cooled it. I rolled out the sour cream dough, cut it and wrapped the filling. I also brushed the bagels with beaten egg. This dough is very pleasant to work with; it does not stick or tear. Bake each baking sheet with bagels for 15 minutes until golden brown. Both my child and my husband helped me. A fun activity for the whole family) The bagels according to this recipe turned out excellent. The dough is soft and crispy and there is a lot of filling.
