A great recipe for delicious buns! Definitely worth a try! Almost all delicious food, with rare exceptions, is harmful. That’s why I learned to cook almost all of this unhealthy food at home. So, for example, I often spoil my husband with homemade hot dogs. The only problem for me at first was the dough for them. But over time, I learned to cook it too. I made these buns! I don't know... but it didn't work out very well for me. The buns didn’t fit in the oven, so I’ll assume that they really need to be made 10 cm thick. So that all the filling would fit in later))) Moreover, they were poorly baked (And it took 2 cups more flour.

I did add a little more flour to the dough. But the most important thing is that it should turn out very soft and slightly sticky to your hands, otherwise the buns will be hard. In my opinion, it’s a very successful recipe; other hot dog buns didn’t turn out so “tender” and tasty. After they cooled, I made a longitudinal cut on the side, added ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and of course sausage. Bon Appetit everyone!!
