    How to make a shrimp bowl? Prepare all products according to the list. It is best to use langoustines or king prawns for this recipe, but regular ones will work just as well. So, remove the shrimp from the freezer and leave at room temperature until completely thawed.

    Remove heads and shells. Also remove the vena cava on the back. Rinse the shrimp and dry with paper towels. Place them in a deep container.

    Sprinkle seafood with ground black pepper, a pinch of salt and dry thyme. You can use garlic powder (or a clove of garlic passed through a press) to taste, as well as dry basil or oregano. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook quinoa in salted water according to package instructions. For 150 grams of cereal, I took 300 ml. water and cook for about 15 minutes over low heat after boiling.

    Rinse radishes, lettuce and cherry tomatoes and then dry. Cut the radishes into thin slices, tomatoes into quarters, and chop the salad as desired.

    Pepper, salt to taste and add 1 tbsp. olive oil. Mix everything.

    Heat the remaining oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan and fry the shrimp. Stirring, cook for about 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook the shrimp in the pan, otherwise they will become tough.

    The most interesting thing left is to collect the bowl. Place quinoa in a deep plate.

    Place fried shrimp on one edge.

    Rinse the avocado, cut in half and peel. Cut the fruit into slices. Place the avocado pieces on a plate. Also spread the radish and tomato salad in an even layer.
