Pea soup with pork meat

STEP 1

How to make pea soup with pork? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any part of pork can be used. For a richer broth, use meat on the bone. Vegetables: onions, carrots and potatoes - peel and rinse to remove dirt. Peas for soup can be different. I have split peas, which do not require soaking and cook for 30-40 minutes. Look at the packaging and base the cooking time on your peas.
STEP 2

Pour water over the pork, bring to a boil and cook for 1 hour. When boiling, foam will appear that needs to be skimmed off. After an hour, add peas to the pan. Leave to cook for 20 minutes.
STEP 3

Cut the potatoes into pieces and add to the soup.
STEP 4

Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots into cubes or grate them. Add onions and carrots to the soup. Add a little salt to taste.
STEP 5

Cook the soup for another 20 minutes. During this time, the potatoes and peas will become soft. Remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 6
