Mannik with milk in a slow cooker

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make lush manna with milk in a slow cooker? Quite fast and simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take premium flour. You can take milk of any fat content. Vegetable oil - any to taste, I used sunflower oil. If the eggs are small, it is better to take 3 pieces.
STEP 2

Heat the milk with butter, but do not bring it to a boil. The butter should melt completely.
STEP 3

Pour semolina into hot milk, stir and leave for at least 30 minutes (preferably longer) for swelling.
STEP 4

Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam. The mass should lighten and increase in volume by about 3-4 times. There should be a lot of air bubbles on the surface.
STEP 5

Pour in vegetable oil and beat again.
STEP 6

Place swollen semolina, vanillin into the egg mixture and mix. Vanillin can be replaced with 1 tbsp. l. vanilla sugar.
STEP 7

Add the flour sifted with baking powder in parts, beating the mixture thoroughly each time until smooth. You should get a homogeneous, semi-thick flowing mass. Don't rush to add all the flour at once - focus on the consistency.
STEP 8

You can use any berries or fruits for the filling. This could be currants, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, apples, etc. You can take fresh or frozen berries.
STEP 9

If you use frozen berries, first defrost them and drain the juice. I used frozen black currants.
STEP 10

Roll the prepared berries in flour.
STEP 11

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Pour out some of the dough. Distribute the berries on top. You can immediately stir all the berries into the dough and place them in the mold, but I prefer to arrange them with my hands. This will make it more even.
STEP 12

Pour the remaining dough on top.
STEP 13

Close the multicooker lid and set the device to the “Baking” mode for 65-70 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the model and brand of your multicooker. Please also keep in mind that the temperature of the “Baking” mode may vary in different models. My default setting is 130°C. This manna can also be prepared in the oven. Bake for about 50 minutes at 180°C. Bon appetit!
