    Carefully fold the egg mixture into the semolina. The dough turns out like thick store-bought sour cream.

    We cover a frying pan (I have a thick bottom) with parchment paper, pour in the dough, cover with a lid and place on top of the stove over the lowest heat.

    Bake on the fire for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the manna cook for another 15 minutes. The peculiarity of baking in a frying pan is that the top does not brown, but believe me, the dish is baked and ready to eat)

    When the manna has cooled, carefully place it on a plate and pour glaze on top. Preparing the glaze: 1 tbsp. l. sugar (25 gr.), 2 tbsp. l. milk, 3 tbsp. l. cocoa powder and 50 gr. Boil the butter for 3-4 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Good afternoon I tried your recipe. I was captivated by the fact that you can bake it in a frying pan. Only I didn’t soak the semolina in kefir for an hour, but mixed it right away. And it is better to grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour over low heat until done. Tasty. The family really liked it. I'll tell the recipe to others!!!😀😀😀👍
