Lenten potato pancakes with mushrooms

Ingredients

STEP 1

Roughly, but not very finely, chop the onion and three cloves of garlic.
STEP 2

Place chopped onion and garlic in a frying pan heated with olive oil and stir-fry until golden.
STEP 3

Place the fried onions and garlic in a separate bowl.
STEP 4

Cut the washed and peeled champignons into even slices.
STEP 5

Place the champignons in a heated frying pan with olive oil added to it.
STEP 6

Fry the champignons, stirring occasionally until the water has completely evaporated, put them in a separate bowl with the onions and garlic and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 7

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
STEP 8

We also grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 9

Add five tablespoons of flour sifted through a sieve to the bowl of potatoes and carrots.
STEP 10

In a separate bowl, mix a tablespoon of potato mixture with the mushrooms added to it and prepare the flatbread.
STEP 11

Place potato cakes with mushrooms and fry them in a heated frying pan.
STEP 12

Fry each side for seven minutes and as a result we get golden pancakes.
STEP 13

Place the pancakes on a plate, decorate with sliced radishes, add sweet and spicy sauce, horseradish seasoning, mushrooms and parsley to taste. I wish everyone bon appetit!
