  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker with cabbage, rice and minced meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I will cook with minced pork.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

The first step is to boil the rice. Rinse the rice several times in cold water, place in boiling water and cook for 20-25 minutes. It should become soft. Place the finished rice in a colander and rinse with cold water.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Chop the cabbage thinly and add hot water. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. This is necessary for the cabbage to become soft. Then place the cabbage in a colander and let all the water drain.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

To mix the minced meat, take a comfortable, spacious bowl. Combine prepared minced meat, boiled rice and soft cabbage in it.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Then add an egg and a spoonful of sour cream. Add a little salt and spices to taste.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Mix all ingredients well until smooth.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them to remove dirt. Turn on the multicooker to the "Fry" mode, pour in a little vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Place the chopped vegetables in the hot multicooker bowl and fry them for 2-3 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

At this time, heat the frying pan separately and pour in vegetable oil. Form balls from the meat mass and fry them over high heat until the meat is sealed on all sides.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Place the fried balls in the slow cooker with the vegetables.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

In a separate glass, mix water, sour cream and tomato paste. Add some salt.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Pour the resulting sauce over the meat balls and turn the multicooker on to the “Stew” mode for 60 minutes. Focus on your multicooker.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

After the specified time, the multicooker will emit a sound indicating that the dish is ready. Carefully open the lid, place the lazy cabbage rolls on plates and serve. Bon appetit!

For lunch I prepared lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker with cabbage, rice and minced meat. I didn’t have a whole head of cabbage for regular cabbage rolls, so I turned to this recipe. And saving time is never too much. A very correct recipe, the cabbage rolls did not fall apart when frying (I immediately remembered my bad experience from the past))). I still didn’t lose my vigilance: what if they fell apart during the fire? But after an hour of stewing, I pulled out soft, tender, but in perfect shape lazy darlings from the slow cooker! Thanks for the recipe, Julia M.!

Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker with cabbage, rice and minced meat - fast, simple, tender, juicy, satisfying and versatile! Lazy cabbage rolls, which turn out extremely tender in sour cream, were served hot and with plenty of gravy. My family asked for more, it’s so delicious! Thank you very much!
