STEP 1
How to make lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker with cabbage, rice and minced meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I will cook with minced pork.

The first step is to boil the rice. Rinse the rice several times in cold water, place in boiling water and cook for 20-25 minutes. It should become soft. Place the finished rice in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Chop the cabbage thinly and add hot water. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. This is necessary for the cabbage to become soft. Then place the cabbage in a colander and let all the water drain.
STEP 4
To mix the minced meat, take a comfortable, spacious bowl. Combine prepared minced meat, boiled rice and soft cabbage in it.
STEP 5
Then add an egg and a spoonful of sour cream. Add a little salt and spices to taste.

Mix all ingredients well until smooth.

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them to remove dirt. Turn on the multicooker to the "Fry" mode, pour in a little vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Place the chopped vegetables in the hot multicooker bowl and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
