Over the weekend, a family asked to bake a pie for lunch. Since I already had puff pastry in the refrigerator, I decided to choose a recipe for it. I liked the author’s recipe, although I made some small adjustments. I grated the cheese and added spinach instead of dill and parsley. By the way, it goes very well with cheese. My puff pastry is homemade, yeast-free, and I use it to bake Napoleon. It is so layered that it would be impractical to wrap it in a roll, so I put the dough in a mold. I'm sure it doesn't matter for the recipe what shape the pie will be. The main thing is the delicious filling and everything is prepared with love.
