    Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut into thin slices or circles. It is not necessary to cut off the skin of a cucumber, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter.

For a snack I prepared a lavash roll with cucumber and cheese. There were boiled eggs in the refrigerator, so literally after a few minutes I chopped all the ingredients and wrapped them in a roll. This time I couldn’t keep it in the refrigerator for an hour, but even without that the snack turned out great!
