Amazing delicious pie!!! Thank you so much for the recipe. I prepared the sand base strictly following the recipe, but I experimented with the filling. I used boiled chicken, the amount of mushrooms I had was about 300 grams, I used a whole onion, and I also added broccoli, which I had previously blanched. That is, my filling consisted of mushrooms fried with onions, boiled chicken and blanched broccoli. To say that it is very tasty is to say nothing!!! I had already made Laurent pie before and thought it couldn’t get any more delicious, but it was this sandy base that won me over! Anna, thank you for this wonderful recipe.
