STEP 1
How to make lamb ribs with potatoes? It is better to choose ribs from young lamb, they will cook faster. First of all, prepare the marinade. Prepare food for him. Wash the lemon well with a brush under hot water, then remove the zest (the upper part of the skin without the white layer) and squeeze out the juice. Any vegetable oil will do, you can use aromatic oil, it will be tastier. Take the set and quantity of spices to your liking.

Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix.

Wash and dry the ribs; large ones can be cut into segments. Rub them with marinade on all sides and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, cut into slices. In addition to these vegetables, you can take others - onions, carrots.

Cut the head of garlic in half.

Place the potatoes and bell peppers in a baking dish lined with foil, pour vegetable oil over them and season with salt.

Place lamb ribs on top, fat layer facing up.

Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40-45 minutes. The time is approximate and depends on the characteristics of your technique and the quality of the meat (young ribs cook faster, old ones take longer).

Remove the top layer of foil and brush the ribs with honey-mustard sauce. Place the pan in the oven without foil for about another 7-10 minutes, raise the temperature to 200°C.
