    Rinse the chopped meat thoroughly in running water, as there are many very small fragments of bones on it. Then pat the meat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    Pour olive oil into a separate large bowl. Add lamb spices, dried rosemary and salt. Peel the garlic and crush it using a garlic press directly into the bowl. Mix all ingredients.

    Coat each piece of lamb thoroughly with the resulting sauce on all sides.

    Place lamb on a sheet of foil. Pour over the remaining marinade.

    Wrap the meat in foil and place in a metal baking dish. Why metal? The form itself does not come into contact with food. If the mold is glass or ceramic, it may burst from empty heating. This does not threaten metal. Place the dish with the lamb in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 1 hour.

All of us are simply delighted with the baked loin. I’ll definitely try your marinade, it should be very tasty, but we marinate it for 3 days in homemade cobra, and then rub it with mustard and put it in foil in the oven, before it’s ready, brown the crust, it’s also amazing. You’re absolutely right, if the lamb is cooked correctly, it’s great.
