Julienne pie with mushrooms and chicken in puff pastry

I didn’t bother with the dough, I took the ready-made one. Thawed it in advance.

Boil chicken fillet in advance, cool and cut into cubes
STEP 4

Wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut them into cubes
STEP 5

Peel and finely chop the onion
STEP 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater
STEP 7

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden
STEP 8

Add mushrooms and fry until half cooked until the water has evaporated
STEP 9

Add chicken and spices to taste, mix everything
STEP 10

Add flour, mix
STEP 11

Add sour cream and stir
STEP 12

Line the pan with parchment paper
STEP 13

Place the dough on parchment paper and julienne it.
STEP 14

Sprinkle generously with grated cheese
STEP 15

Make a mesh out of the second piece of dough and place it on top.
STEP 16

Brush with beaten egg and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
