STEP 1

Necessary products. We will also need metal muffin tins. You can make the minced meat yourself, or you can use ready-made ones. I had minced beef. Add the egg, salt and pepper, breadcrumbs to the prepared minced meat and mix well.
STEP 2

Distribute the minced meat among portioned muffin tins, greased with butter (I also insert baking paper inside), forming baskets, and place them in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes. A small secret mold must be filled with a large supply of minced meat at the top, because during the cooking process it will shrink.
STEP 3

At this time, finely chop the onion, fry it in a frying pan in a mixture of vegetable and butter, add finely chopped champignons and fry together with the onion until the liquid evaporates.
STEP 4

Then sprinkle the mushrooms with flour,

mix, add sour cream, cream, soy sauce, mix again, and cook over low heat, covered, for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. DO NOT SALT!!!
STEP 6

We take the stuffing baskets out of the oven and, without removing them from the molds, fill them with mushroom filling. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in the oven again until the cheese melts and forms a golden brown crust.
STEP 7

We take out our baskets, carefully remove them from the paper (careful! Don’t get burned!) and serve. Yummy!!! Bon appetit!
