STEP 1

Boil the salad ingredients (potatoes, carrots and eggs), cool and peel them. Boil the beef. Leaving the cucumber, a piece of meat and yolks for decoration, cut the potatoes, carrots, egg whites and meat into cubes. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt if necessary and stir.

Place the salad on a plate, forming the silhouette of a rooster.

Sprinkle the salad with yolks and lightly smooth the surface with your hands or a spoon.
STEP 5

Cut out the crest and earrings from the pepper. Convenient with scissors.

Attach the pieces to the salad. If it doesn't hold up, help yourself with mayonnaise.
STEP 7

The beak is a piece of beef, the eye is an olive ring.
STEP 8

The paws are also made of meat. For the tail, use green onions, thinly sliced peppers and slices of meat.
STEP 9

The final touches are a wing made from a slice of beef, olives for the collar and a bed of parsley grass so that the rooster lives well and sleeps softly in the new year.
