    How to make a classic meat salad? Boil the vegetables in advance until tender and cool. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into small cubes. Place the chopped potatoes in a deep bowl or salad bowl.

I always make this salad for holidays. And although I am constantly looking for other interesting recipes for the holiday table, my classic meat salad is always beyond competition. I make it even on weekdays, when I’m in the mood. When preparing the salad, I replaced the beef with lean pork, sour cream with mayonnaise, and did not add green peas. I washed the carrots and potatoes well and boiled them without removing the skins, so they turn out tastier. I poured boiling water over the chopped onion to remove the bitterness from it. I cut all the ingredients into cubes and separated the meat into fibers. The salad turned out amazing - satisfying and balanced in taste. There are crispy sweet onions, tender carrots, and piquant pickled cucumbers. Wonderful! Thank you so much for the recipe!
