Funchoza with beef and vegetables
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make funchose with vegetables? Prepare all the indicated products. You can use any meat: pork, chicken or beef. This time we will prepare a salad with beef. Select pulp without veins or films. Take a set of vegetables according to your taste preferences. To brighten the salad, I used bell peppers of different colors.
STEP 2
Rinse the beef and dry with napkins. Cut the pulp into thin small strips. If there are veins, remove them. Pour soy sauce over the meat and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.
STEP 3
At this time, take care of your vegetables. Peel the onions, carrots and garlic. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the core and seeds. Wash and dry all vegetables. If the cucumber has a bitter peel, it is better to cut it off.
STEP 4
Finely chop the garlic and, if desired, pass it through a garlic press. Cut the onion into thin half rings, the bell pepper into thin feathers, the cucumber into thin strips, and grate the carrots for Korean salads.
STEP 5
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the beef to fry. Stirring, cook until the liquid evaporates, then reduce the flame and leave in the pan until cooked. STEP 6
Add onion and garlic to the same pan. If necessary, add a small amount of oil. Fry over high heat for a few seconds.
STEP 7
Add carrots. Without ceasing to stir, fry to the desired degree of readiness.
STEP 8
In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Fry the bell pepper for a few seconds to 1-2 minutes.
STEP 9
Boil glass noodles according to package instructions (usually no more than 5 minutes). Place the funchose in a colander and wait for it to cool. Read about the nuances of choosing and preparing different types of pasta in a separate article at the end of this recipe.
STEP 10
Place the noodles in a deep bowl. Add beef and fried onions and carrots.
STEP 11
Next add bell pepper and cucumber.
STEP 12
Mix everything thoroughly and taste for salt. Add salt to taste.
STEP 13
Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and garnish with fresh herbs. Green onions and parsley are ideal for funchose with vegetables and meat.
