Select pulp without veins or films. Take a set of vegetables according to your taste preferences. To brighten the salad, I used bell peppers of different colors.

    Rinse the beef and dry with napkins. Cut the pulp into thin small strips. If there are veins, remove them. Pour soy sauce over the meat and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.

    At this time, take care of your vegetables. Peel the onions, carrots and garlic. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the core and seeds. Wash and dry all vegetables. If the cucumber has a bitter peel, it is better to cut it off.

    Finely chop the garlic and, if desired, pass it through a garlic press. Cut the onion into thin half rings, the bell pepper into thin feathers, the cucumber into thin strips, and grate the carrots for Korean salads.

    Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the beef to fry. Stirring, cook until the liquid evaporates, then reduce the flame and leave in the pan until cooked.     Add onion and garlic to the same pan. If necessary, add a small amount of oil. Fry over high heat for a few seconds.

I was interested in the recipe for funchose with beef and vegetables. This time I used pork instead of beef. After marinating in soy sauce, any meat acquires a much richer taste and aroma, and pork cooks a little faster than beef (for me today, cooking speed was important). The meat was frozen, I didn’t defrost it completely - it’s easier and thinner to slice. I boiled the funchoza for 5 minutes and put it in a colander to cool. I cut the prepared vegetables into strips and grated the carrots on a Korean grater. First, I fried the bell pepper (literally 1 minute), transferred it to the funchose, in the same frying pan, with the addition of hot pepper, fried the meat marinated in soy sauce (marinated for half an hour), also transferred it to the funchose, and sent onions, garlic and carrots, when frying, I made sure that the vegetables remained sufficiently elastic. They were also added to the funchose. I chopped fresh cucumber, herbs, sprinkled with sesame seeds, mixed everything together. The most delicious, bright, aromatic, piquant funchose is ready!
