The unusual combination of cucumbers and meat in one dish, however, gives an amazing result. The dish can serve either as a separate serving or as an addition to side dishes. For this dish you will need fresh cucumbers, with thin skin and medium-sized seeds. Any meat can be used. With chicken, the salad will be more tender; beef can be used already boiled.
Interesting recipe: 1. Cut washed fresh cucumbers into thin strips at least 5 cm long.2. Place in a separate bowl. Lightly salt it. Leave for half an hour.3. Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds, cut into strips along the fruit.4. Chop the onion into thin half rings.5. Cut the meat into long pieces.6. Drain any juice from the cucumbers. Squeeze them lightly. Sprinkle with sugar, add chopped garlic, coriander, ground pepper, add salt if necessary.7. Fry the meat in a heated frying pan wok.8. Add onion to the meat. Fry for 2-4 minutes.9. Then add pepper, add chopped garlic, add soy sauce, stir and cook for another couple of minutes.10. Spread the hot mixture over the cucumbers. Sprinkle with wine vinegar.11. Cover the finished dish with a lid until it cools completely.
Useful tips:• To add new notes of taste, fresh cucumbers can be replaced with lightly salted ones.• For aromatic Korean dishes, different types of pepper, ground ginger, coriander, curry, and cloves are most often used.• It is better to grind seasonings in a mortar. This makes them more flavorful.
