I really love funchose! True, the children do not share my opinion, but my husband recognizes this product as dietary) I had not cooked it myself before and was surprised that glass noodles do not need to be boiled. I just poured boiling water on it and after about 10 minutes I drained the water, rinsed it, that’s all. I don’t have a grater for Korean salads, so I used a vegetable peeler to cut slices from the carrots and then cut them into strips. It didn’t turn out very thin, but after marinating the carrots became much softer and more pleasant. I cut the cucumber in the same way. It’s a pity that there was no bell pepper, but it turned out very tasty even without it! After combining the liquid ingredients for the sauce, I realized that it was easier to add ready-made Korean carrot powder, it contains the same spices. The salad was left overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning I noticed that the vegetables had become softer and juicier, everything together looked harmonious, and the taste was simply incomparable. There is a sweet and sour taste and a little spicy. Everything in moderation. And the funchose itself tastes so good and is so interesting to chew) I liked the recipe)
