When I saw the recipe for Quick Cucumbers in Korean Soy Sauce, I immediately wanted to try it. Very little time to prepare, and the result is simply amazing! Wash the cucumbers and cut them into four pieces. I flattened it slightly with a knife, as the author advises. I put the cucumbers in a deep salad bowl. For the dressing, I mixed crushed garlic cloves, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Added to the cucumbers and mixed well. Let it sit for 5 minutes and put it on a plate. Sprinkled sesame seeds on top. Mm...the cucumbers turned out very tasty, I advise you to try them. And thank you very much to the author Yulia M. for the recipe for a delicious snack!

Thank you to the author for the recipe! Incredibly tasty and quick salad with a wonderful aroma. I used homemade cucumbers from my grandmother’s garden, which made the taste even brighter. For extra piquancy, I added a little more ground coriander to the dressing. Now I can prepare this salad several times a day!

An excellent one-minute dish with a minimum of ingredients and energy consumption :) I used young country cucumbers, very juicy and aromatic, which, in my opinion, is quite important for such a recipe. You could have added less soy sauce than I did. I have 3 spoons for 3 cucumbers. Instead of garlic, I added black pepper for taste, without adding any salt. I think that a variation of the dish with teriyaki sauce will be no worse) Thanks for the recipe!

I love cucumber salads like this! And the love for such salads began with the Japanese sunomono salad. Now, whenever I see a new cucumber salad, I always try to make it. So I prepared quick cucumbers in soy sauce in Korean. Well, it turned out very tasty, moderately salty, moderately spicy, and prepared very quickly! I’m putting this salad into my treasure chest and will definitely make it more than once.
