STEP 1
How to make a salad with meat and cucumbers? First of all, prepare the products indicated on the list. Bell peppers can be used in different colors, then the finished dish will come out incredibly bright and appetizing. Rinse the cucumber, bell pepper and peeled garlic in clean water.

Cut the cucumbers into thin strips about 5 centimeters long. Place the cubes in a plate or small bowl, add salt and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the beef into thin long pieces. To make meat easier to cut, place it in the freezer and freeze slightly.
STEP 4
Cut the onion into thin half rings, and chop the garlic finely by hand. If desired, press the garlic through a press. For the recipe I used half an onion and half a red salad onion.

Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
STEP 6
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the beef over high heat until cooked through. This will not take much time at all, from 3 to 5 minutes.
STEP 7
To ensure that the meat was fried rather than stewed, I fried it in parts. Those. First, I cooked half the portion, put the cooked beef on a plate, and then fried the remaining meat in a frying pan. Remember to continuously stir the pieces while frying to prevent them from burning.

Add onion to the beef in the pan and pour in soy sauce. Stirring, fry for about two minutes.
STEP 9
Gently squeeze out the juice that appears from the cucumbers. Place the cubes into a deep bowl. Add coriander, sugar, hot pepper (adjust the amount to taste) and garlic.

Add beef and onions to cucumbers.
STEP 11
Next add bell pepper and vinegar.
STEP 12
Mix everything well and taste it. If necessary, add the missing amount of salt, sugar or vinegar. The finished dish should be spicy, sweet and sour.
STEP 13
Let it brew for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh herbs. Korean cucumbers with meat are ready, serve!
