Spring rolls with red fish, rice and avocado

STEP 1
How to make spring rolls with rice and red fish? Prepare all the necessary products. Rinse the rice until clean, then boil until done. I had a fresh salmon steak on hand. I salted it and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Fish for rolls can be lightly salted or smoked.
STEP 2
Wash the avocado and cucumber. Dry them with napkins. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel with a knife. If the cucumber has a thick skin, then it is better to remove it. Cut the avocado into thin slices, and the cucumber and fish into thin strips, as in the photo.
STEP 3
Soak the rice paper in cold water. Leave until it becomes soft and elastic (about 10-15 seconds).
STEP 4
Carefully place the paper on a surface moistened with water. Place the red fish in the middle.
STEP 5
Place green lettuce leaves on the fish, then make a layer with rice and cucumber.
STEP 6
Place a slice of avocado on top. The sequence of layers can be any at your discretion. To ensure that the roll filling is not dry, you can add less than a teaspoon of curd cheese.
STEP 7
Roll the spring rolls in the same way as stuffed pancakes or cabbage rolls are rolled, i.e. overlap first from the bottom, then fold the edges of the paper on the sides and twist the roll. Sprinkle the tops of the finished rolls with sesame seeds.
STEP 8
Done, serve with a slice of lemon and soy sauce!
STEP 9
Spring rolls are very tasty if you fry them in a grill pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides for a few seconds or in a multi-baker.
