    Heat refined vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add two cloves of garlic, peeled in advance, and leave over high heat for a few seconds until the cloves turn slightly golden. The spring rolls are to die for! They cook pretty quickly and are eaten even faster. I liked it combined with soy sauce. An excellent replacement for high-calorie sushi when you want something Asian. Next time I would try to add a little funchose, it should also have an interesting taste

Do it quickly enough, the main thing is to prepare everything. Rice paper has an interesting taste and texture, a good alternative to regular rolls.
