Spicy Korean noodles with beef, vegetables and egg

STEP 1

First, we will prepare all the ingredients and only at the end will we start preparing the noodles themselves. To do this, take a small piece of beef, wash it, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into small oblong pieces. Then fry them in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil, bringing the meat until cooked, add a little salt.
STEP 2

Using a special grater (“slicer”), without peeling, chop the fresh cucumber.
STEP 3

We also shred white cabbage on the same “slicer”. Then transfer it to a plate or bowl, sprinkle with a little salt, set aside for a while (10-15 minutes) so that it becomes softer and does not taste bitter.
STEP 4

Take a slice of cheese and use a knife to divide it into 4 triangles.
STEP 5

Take a clean frying pan, put a small piece of butter in it, put the frying pan on the fire, place a metal mold (it should also be greased with oil) and beat a chicken egg into it, add salt and pepper if desired. Fry the egg until cooked, but so that the center remains liquid. The form is used to beautifully serve the dish itself, so its use is not necessary.
STEP 6

Now let’s prepare the main component of this dish, namely egg noodles. To do this, take a frying pan, pour water into it and put it on fire. Bring the water to a boil, add instant noodles and spices (put only half a bag so as not to spoil the dish, otherwise it will be over-salted). Cook the noodles for a few minutes until very little water remains in the pan.
STEP 7

Place pieces of cheese on top of the noodles and cover the pan with a lid. After a minute, remove the pan from the heat. When everything is ready, take a serving pan and carefully place the noodles with cheese into it so that the melted cheese remains on top, place the fried egg with a liquid center in the center of the dish, and place the previously prepared vegetables and beef next to it.
