French style meat with Greek yogurt

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
1.First of all, let's get to the meat. Wrap it in cling film and beat it off.
STEP 2
2. Cut the onion into small pieces, crush it in your hands so that it releases its juice and add it to the meat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 3
3. While the meat is marinating and the oven is preheating to 180 C, prepare the sauce. Add a spoonful of horseradish, mustard, finely chopped basil and garlic to the Greek yogurt. Mix everything.
STEP 4
4. Cut the potatoes into slices. Add salt, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil and Provençal herbs. Mix.
STEP 5
5. It's the turn of the meat. Salt and pepper it. We place the onions on foil or baking paper as a “pillow” for our meat. Place potatoes on the sides and cover the meat with sauce. Sprinkle everything with cheese on top.
STEP 6
6. Place the meat in the oven for 50 minutes.
STEP 7
7. Add tomatoes to the meat and place in the oven to fan for literally 10 minutes.
