    How to make dietary steamed minced chicken cutlets in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary products. I made the minced meat myself, from chicken breast. Ready-made minced meat is more fatty, and cutlets from it will not turn out to be dietary. Take bread not fresh, but slightly dried; you can replace it with breadcrumbs. Add spices to your taste, I limited myself to just salt.

    The onion needs to be peeled and chopped, I grated it on a fine grater.

    Break the bread into pieces and pour milk over it for about five minutes; periodically you will need to turn it over so that it soaks well. Milk can be safely replaced with water. When the bread is soft enough, drain the liquid and knead it. It is better to remove the crusts.

    Combine minced meat, onion and bread in one bowl. Add salt and beat in the egg.

    Form the minced meat into balls. To prevent the minced meat from sticking to your hands, take a bowl of cold water and wet your hands after each cutlet.

    I steamed the cutlets in a slow cooker on the “steamer” setting for 30 minutes. The time is indicated approximately, as it will depend on the power and operating features of your multicooker. I made delicious cutlets using this recipe! They are very tender, juicy and just melt in your mouth!!! I decided to make steamed cutlets for my child and found this recipe on my favorite website. I cooked steamed diet chicken cutlets without any changes. I prepared the minced meat myself from homemade chicken fillet. Just like the author, I used only salt as a spice. Added bread, chopped onion and homemade egg, mixed well and beat. The minced meat came out to the perfect consistency. I made cutlets and steamed them in a slow cooker for half an hour, as the author describes. I served the delicious steamed cutlets with mashed potatoes. Very simple preparation, and the result is amazing!!! This is the perfect baby food recipe! Thanks to the author!
