STEP 1

Sift the mush in a bowl. Add salt and egg.
STEP 2

Adding water, knead the dough - elastic and smooth. Let's rest.
STEP 3

For the filling, mix minced meat, finely chopped onion, coarsely grated potatoes, salt and pepper.
STEP 4

Divide the dough into 8 parts - 4 identical larger ones and 4 identical smaller ones. First roll out 4 large ones and stack them one on top of the other, spreading them with sunflower oil. If desired, trim the edge evenly.
STEP 5

Place the minced meat on these layers and distribute, retreating approximately 3 cm from the edge.
STEP 6

Roll out 4 smaller pieces of dough and, also spreading the layers, place them on top of the minced meat.
STEP 7

We do not lubricate the top layer.
STEP 8

We pinch the edge and make cuts in the center - a cross or as you like.
STEP 9

Grease with egg. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 10

Grease the hot crust with butter. Wrap the cake in film to make it soft.
STEP 11

You can serve.
