    Prepare the curd layer: beat the curd with a blender. Beat eggs with sugar, add lemon zest. Combine cottage cheese and egg-sugar mixture, stir until smooth.

Thanks for the recipe. Very tasty. But the step-by-step recipe does not indicate the amount of sugar for the dough, but only in the video.
