Closed pear pie with kefir for tea

To prepare the dough you will need 250 ml.l. warm kefir.

Add 3 tbsp to kefir. Sahara.

Add 1 tsp. fast acting yeast.

Mix all ingredients well.

Break 2 chicken eggs into a separate bowl.
STEP 6

Add 1 tsp. vanilla sugar.
STEP 7

Add 50 gr. butter.

Mix thoroughly.

Pour our kefir-yeast mixture into a bowl with a base of eggs and butter and mix.

Sift 500 grams through a sieve into the resulting liquid base. flour.

Add a pinch of salt and knead with your hands for 5-6 minutes.

Cover the resulting dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 50 minutes to rise.

Once ready for baking, brush the bagel rolls on all sides with a well-beaten egg and place our baked goods in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
