The classic winter salad Olivier with sausage and apple has a rich composition. The taste of the salad was a little unexpected for me personally. I haven’t added apple and onion to Olivier yet. But they were a great addition). I first washed the onions in hot water and then seasoned them with vinegar. I took a sweet and sour apple and cut off the skin. I always cook vegetables for salad in the evening. Once cooled, they cut much better into neat cubes. My homemade cucumbers are moderately salted. I cut all the ingredients into small cubes for harmony. Dressed the salad with olive mayonnaise. We loved this combination of products! A very tasty winter salad, filling and juicy!

I think it’s better to add a green apple, it looks like it’s shown in the photo, I add apples to many salads, especially if I make them in winter, it adds a sweet and sour taste to the dish and a unique juiciness, a good salad!
