Well, my dears, I think it’s time to start drawing up the New Year’s menu? There is only a month left... Personally, I always prepare Olivier, and in different gastronomic versions - with sausage, chicken, and beef... For this new year 2021, I decided to make Olivier less calorie (so, we ate the sides while at home were sitting). I liked this recipe for Olivier salad without mayonnaise with yogurt and chicken, so today I held a “rehearsal” for preparing and tasting the dish. In a nutshell: delicious and appetizing! I recommend!
