  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients for the chicken. The easiest and fastest way to prepare a delicious tea pie is to use ready-made products, such as puff pastry. But kurnik can also be baked from other dough, for example, puff pastry or shortbread. It's a matter of taste and desire. Dissolve sugar and salt in a glass of warm water.

Pour into a deep bowl. Beat in a chicken egg. Add vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour the sifted wheat flour into the bowl with the liquid. You need to add it in parts, stirring the dough with a spoon each time. When the dough becomes difficult to knead with a spoon, put it on the table and continue kneading with your hands, adding flour. You may need a little more or less flour than the amount indicated in the recipe, since flour has different densities.

    STEP 4

The consistency of the dough should be smooth and elastic.

    STEP 5

Divide the dough into four parts, roll each of them into a thin rectangular layer, grease generously with butter softened at room temperature.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 7

In the meantime, you can prepare the pie filling. It is better to take pork for chicken meat, it is fattier and juicier, but you can also use a mixture of beef and pork. We wash the meat and grind it into minced meat in a meat grinder. You can chop the meat finely with a knife. Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife. Add it to the bowl with the minced meat, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil for 20 minutes over medium heat.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Divide the finished dough into two parts. Roll each of them into a circle.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Place the prepared meat filling on one half.
