Prepare the broth: put the chicken in a saucepan, fill it with water, add parsley, salt, chopped carrots, a few black peppercorns and cook until tender over moderate heat, about 10 minutes before the end of cooking you need to add a bay leaf.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the noodles. Pour flour onto the table, pour in eggs mixed with salt, add water and knead a stiff dough. The dough should rest for a while

carefully cut strips 5-6 cm wide and stack them on top of each other, so that our noodles do not stick together, we need to sprinkle them with flour.

Remove the boiled chicken, strain the broth and bring to a boil again, then season with noodles. Cook over low heat until the noodles float to the top. Mix the finished noodles with the chicken, previously chopped into pieces. You can serve chicken with noodles as a main course, or you can serve it with broth as a soup - I like it that way better))
