Since childhood, the kitchen has been my magical kingdom, where my mother taught me how to roll dough and my grandmother shared recipes with notes of family history. Gathering at one table, we created a real symphony of aromas and tastes, where each ingredient was a part of our life. Traveling around the world, I absorbed a variety of cuisines: from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone.
