Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 30 mins
STEP 1
Boil the soy meat in boiling salted water, drain it in a colander and squeeze lightly.
STEP 2
Sauté finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
STEP 3
Add soy meat to the onion, fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
STEP 4
Finely chop the bell pepper.
STEP 5
Grind the soy meat and onion in a blender, add finely chopped bell pepper, some herbs, soda, and spices. Mix everything and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Next, we form steaks from the resulting mass and place them in a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil.
STEP 6
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 7
When serving, you can decorate with herbs.
