An excellent option for those who like soy meat, or for some reason do not consume animal meat. This is a basic recipe; you can add flax seeds, dry mashed potatoes, pea or buckwheat flakes, and vegetables to it if desired. The main advantage of such burgers is a minimum of calories, maximum benefits.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 20 mins
STEP 1
Mix soy mince, cream, oatmeal, flaxseed flour, salt and spices in one container, add warm boiled water. Stir and leave for 5 minutes to swell.
STEP 2
From the resulting mass, form small burger-shaped cutlets. Roll each burger in fiber on all sides. I use wheat fiber for breading; it gives the dish an appetizing golden hue and a cereal flavor.
STEP 3
Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
STEP 4
Place cooked burgers on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
STEP 5
If desired, you can add various fillings to the dough to taste: flax seeds
